The warp wire density is 18Mesh, but the mesh count of weft wire can be made to either 18 or 16 based on the customer's needs.
The wire diameter of this type of insect screen mesh is 0.25mm before coating. It is normally 0.26-0.27mm after coating.
Customized wire diameter is accepted according to your requirements.
The regular finish of this screen door wire mesh is usually done by painting or powder coating in black color.
A painted insect screen mesh roll is preferred as it is relatively flexible and not easy to break during installation.
Whereas, the powder-coated screen mesh has more square and uniform hole sizes and a better look.
