WHAT IS ANTIQUE BRONZE DECORATIVE MESH?

The antique bronze decorative mesh we are selling here does not refer to a true bronze decorative wire mesh. It refers to an architectural stainless steel wire mesh that is electro plated to an aged bronze finish.

Customers who want to buy this unique finish might either fancy this aged appearance or want to match the current furniture and spice in their house or commercial spaces. This antique bronze plated finish not only elevates the spice of the space but also gives the stainless steel an extra layer of protection from corrosion.

INTRODUCTION OF ANTIQUE BRONZE DECORATIVE MESH PATTERN "METART WW51" 

METART-WW51 is a decorative wire mesh grille that is made of 3x1mm architectural wire strips with a moderate 46% ventilation rate. This decorative mesh panel features 3 different openings, including 9mm square holes, 5mm square holes, and 5x9 mm slot holes. You can see from the above banner picture with the corresponding opening size marked on. The red square we marked is to showcase the basic design of this designer wire mesh code.

The overall panels are composed of repetitive patterns.

The single metal strip thickness is 1.4mm, strong enough for most of the architectural use. A perfect 54% block out rate also makes this architectural woven wire pattern a popular material for commercial partitions and room divider infill material.

CUTTING THE DECOR WIRE MESH PANELS DIAGONALLY TO GET ENHANCED DECORATIVE DESIGNS

The above-exhibited pictures are the default cutting way following its original square design. There is another innovative way to use this woven wire design which is cutting the wire mesh panel diagonally to get a diamond shape of openings. But, this diamond pattern can not be produced directly on the machine, it has to be cut out from a much bigger size of a regular square decorative wire mesh panel. In that case, a lot of offcuts will be generated as a waste during production. The cost of this diamond style is of course more expensive than a regular one.
