GET A QUOTEPerforated metal cylinder filters are mainly made of cut-to-size perforated stainless steel, perforated mild steel sheet, or punched aluminum by rolling up to a cylinder and welding together.
Besides the above-mentioned main materials, Metart can also produce perforated tubes made of exotic alloy perforated panels including duplex stainless steel perforated sheets and other super alloy perforated mesh based on your order quantity.
The regular hole arrangement of this perforated filter cylinder is a round hole 60-degree staggered pattern.
Other patterns including 45-degree staggered and round hole straight patterns can be customized based on your specification or detailed drawing.
Metart fabricates other hole shapes including slot holes, hexagonal holes, or any other custom-made hole shapes.
The perf steel filter tube can be manufactured individually or welded together with a single layer or multi-layers of woven wire mesh to reach a certain filtration precision. The woven wire mesh or wire cloth can be either welded inside or outside of the perforated tubes based on different filtration directions.
The perforated metal screen will protect the fine wire mesh from being damaged or worn quickly.
